| The wind was blowing into the bank and I noticed some brush in a cove. It was some what chilly, too.I knew the bass would be on the nest so, I started pitching a lizzard in the cove, I had caught a few decent size bass earlier when, this monster came out from under a log and hammered my bait. I set the hook and held on for a fight. She fought harder than any fish I had ever caught. I was shaking when I finally got my hands on her. I quickly put her on my scale and she went eleven and a half pounds! I have now caught my biggest bass to date. My two previous best were 9lb 14oz and a nice 8lb 7oz |
